The pediatric color test is designed to observe color blindness in children from 4 to 6 years old or in people who do not know how to read.

Color blindness test boards are designed to provide a quick and accurate tool for congenital color blindness. The majority of cases of congenital color blindness are characterized by inadequacy in reading red and green. A very rare group of people suffer from complete color blindness and show a complete failure to distinguish color changes, usually this pathology is associated with other vision disorders such as photophobia and nystagmus. A misjudgment of blue and yellow is defined as tertiary if it is partial or tertiary if it is total. These are very rare cases for which the tables were not programmed.
