When ordering from the online shop Pharmacygreek.com you can pick up your order worldwide, wherever you are.

Products marked as " Available" are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement.
If a product is not available you will be notified by email on the progress of your order.
If any of the products are not available, the wait time may be 3-4 business days.
You can see the availability status of each product on its description page.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as working days.

Transit time is 3 to 8 days depending on the destination and mode of transport selected. Our shipping rates are made for the standard service. Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9AM to 7PM, depending on the carrier, the route of messenger and the destination country. 

Please note: All orders received through strict fraud checks and therefore your order may be delayed if we cannot get in touch with you to verify your details.  

Also, in the unlikely event of our courier facing unforeseen delays such as weather issues, road closures, accidents, system failures, or depot issues, we will always do our best to try delivery, but under these circumstances it is likely that some parcels will be subject to and delay. 

Upon completion of your order, we will automatically send you an email with your order analysis.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Consignment of products within the European Union, with Rapido International Courier

Below you will find detailed shipping costs for each country depending on the weight of the order.

The countries of The European Union are divided into 3 different zones and two categories, one with Cash on delivery option and one without.

Category I: International courier services with cash on delivery option

Countries : Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech republic, Croatia, Poland & Hungary 

• For orders up to 50€ the cost of delivery is 4.99€.

• If the order amount exceeds 50€, there is no shipping cost and no COD Fee. It’s FREE.

• The COD Fee is 1€ for orders up to 50€

For Bulgaria shipping costs are calculated based on weight and it is calculated automatically at checkout

• For orders up to 3 kg the cost of delivery is 3€.

• When the item exceeds 3 kg, each additional kilo is charged based on the rates indicated in the price table below. (For each additional kg over 3 kg, about 0.25 cents are charged)

All the above prices include VAT and fuel surcharges. Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of dispatch. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of dispatch, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments). The consumer shall be informed with his own custody for the charges incurred, depending on place of residence.
