Properties

The dressing has excellent absorbency and quickly absorbs exudate. It is easily combined with other types of dressings such as fatty or calcium alginate compresses.

Direction

For all moderately to heavily exuding superficial wounds such as surgical wounds or venous leg ulcers. Can be combined p. ex. with Sorbalgon® in case of deep wound. The dressing can be combined with Atrauman® Ag in case of an infected wound or a wound with a high risk of infection. Zetuvit® E should not be used on dry wounds, exposed bone, muscle tissue or tendons.

Use

Depending on the location of the wound, Zetuvit® E can be fixed with a bandage, a plaster, a tubular dressing or a fixation veil.
